Who handles your data

The Amara D'Or service is operated under the Amara D'Or brand. For privacy questions or requests, contact influzeroagent@gmail.com. The operator's complete legal details will be provided on request and displayed here before commercial launch.

Data we process

The public chat does not require your name, email address or an account. We process the messages you send, Amara's replies, a pseudonymous browser identifier and technical security logs so the conversation can work and abusive traffic can be limited. For privacy-conscious site analytics we record a temporary random session identifier, visit time, pages viewed, traffic source, country code, device category, chat opens and message counts. We do not record your IP address in the analytics database or include message contents in analytics. Stripe may retain billing details related to previous subscriptions; we do not store complete card numbers.

Why we use it

  • To provide the public chat and preserve its conversational context.
  • To prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service.
  • To measure and improve the website.
  • To provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

The legal bases may include performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, legal obligations and, where required, your consent.

AI processing and sensitive information

Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies and for safety checks. Do not share passwords, payment-card data, health records or other information you do not want processed. Amara is an AI character and not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or emergency service.

Service providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare and ChatGPT Sites for hosting and infrastructure and OpenAI for AI responses. Supabase, Google and Stripe remain connected to previously available account and billing features but are not required for the current public chat. These providers may process data outside your country using the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.

Analytics and service improvement

Analytics help us understand active visitors, traffic sources, devices, countries and use of the chat. Public sessions remain labelled as anonymous and analytics never display conversation text. This processing supports our legitimate interest in measuring, securing and improving the service.

Retention and control

Public conversation records may be retained to preserve context, operate the service and prevent abuse. Detailed analytics events are intended to be retained for up to 90 days, while aggregated statistics may be retained longer. Billing and transaction records from previous subscriptions may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting and fraud-prevention law. You can contact us to exercise the rights described below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Because the public chat does not require an account, we may need information from your browser session to identify the relevant records.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted connections, usage limits and signed payment webhooks. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new update date.
